Interest Rates over the last 30 years
The median sale price was $532,000 at the end of January 2024. This is down slightly from December, and is up 3.3% this time last year.
New listings in the Reno-Sparks area have increased 59.3% from December to January, and is 15.4% up from the previous year.
Sold homes reached 271 for the month of January, down 13.1% from December and up 5.4% from January 2023.
The active inventory of homes in January reached 598, down 14.7% from December. This is down 29.8% from January 2023.
